For Farmers: Farmers will get Rs 2,000 each as direct cash transfer in their Jan Dhan bank account as the first instalment to meet the immediate cash requirement in the view of Covid-19 outbreak under the PM Kissan scheme. This will benefit 8.69 cr farmers.
Women beneficiaries of the Ujjwala scheme: Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced free cylinders under the Ujjawala scheme, where 8.3 crore BPL families would be benefitted over the course of the next three months.

Women who hold a Jan Dhan Yojana account: 20.5 crore women account holder of Jan Dhan Yojana to get Rs. 500/month for next 3 months | For next 3 months under Ujjwala Yojana, beneficiaries to get gas cylinders 4 Free | 60 lakh, women, under self-help group (SHG) to get a collateral-free loan up to Rs.20 lakh.
Women in self-help groups (SHGs): Self-help groups get up to Rs 10 lakh collateral-free loans under the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya National Rural Mission scheme. The cap has been increased to Rs 20 lakh. This will benefit 63 lakh SHGs and have an impact on 7 crore households
EPF members will be allowed to draw non-refundable advance of 75% from credit in their PF account or 3 months salary, whichever is lower
For construction workers: There is a welfare fund for construction workers. The central government will direct the state governments to utilise Rs 31,000 crore in that fund to and protect these workers against any economic disruption. This will benefit 3.5 crore workers, said FM Sitharaman.
Health care workers: A health insurance cover of Rs 50 lakh per health care worker as a medical insurance cover for them for three months this will include sanitation and ASHA workers, paramedics, doctors, nurses.
